Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeping Supervisor to join our team at Royal Star Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our grounds, ensuring they are well-manicured and safe for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate grounds maintenance activities, including lawn care and equipment maintenance.
  • Plan and direct the work of a team of groundskeepers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular inspections to identify potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, including the use of technology and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation. They will also be required to wear personal protective equipment, including steel-toed safety boots.
