Job Summary

The Manager, Learning & Development is a key member of the Human Resources Leadership team at The Ladders, responsible for providing leadership, direction, and implementation of progressive organization learning and development strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching initiatives.
  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve learning and development outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on organizational strategy and program implementation.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
