Grocery Store Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Grocery Store Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Grocery Department, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain a culture of safety, adhering to Westview Co-op's Health and Safety Program and Food Safety standards.
- Provide exceptional guest service to our members and guests, embodying our "You're at Home Here" motto.
- Lead and direct team members in all areas, including performance management, talent development, engagement, talent acquisition, orientation, and onboarding.
- Ensure the safe and effective operation of the Grocery Department, including scheduling, ordering, receiving, and merchandising of products.
- Accurately order and receive product, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure a high level of image and cleanliness in line with our Brand expectations.
- Participate in other projects and assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Positive, approachable, and motivated individual with a drive to learn.
- Understanding of our Values (Integrity, Community, Teamwork).
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Quality communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Willingness to participate in a Criminal Record Background Check.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends for 32-40 hours per week.
