Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at WAIVIN FLAGS TAXI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our bus and taxi drivers, ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of bus and taxi drivers
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of our fleet
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers)
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
