About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Walnut Beach Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and staff
    • Plan and implement effective housekeeping strategies to meet guest expectations
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Manage the inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
    • Coordinate the purchase of equipment and supplies
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping
  • Staff Development and Training
    • Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance
  • Financial Management
    • Manage financial records related to housekeeping operations
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
    • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
