Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Walnut Beach Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency in our housekeeping operations.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Supervise and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with departmental policies and safety standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and safe for our guests.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Hire and dismiss staff as needed to maintain a high-performing team.
