We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team at Magna. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing and providing support for FICO (Finance and Controlling) processes in SAP.
Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, identifying feasible solutions, and implementing solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup, or code. You will also provide day-to-day SAP end-user support, create a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge, and ensure global support.
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar discipline, and a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Support Specialist. SAP FICO experience is highly desirable, as is excellent English and Spanish language skills.
Your Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and identify feasible solutions within SAP framework
- Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup, or code
- Provide day-to-day SAP end-user support
- Create a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge
- Ensure global support and time tracking according to Magna IT standards
