Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Events & Experiences Representative to join our team at Lansdowne Stadium Limited.

About the Role: As part of our Events team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate various events and experiences at TD Place and Lansdowne, including game day group experiences, off-day field rentals, and ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support setup for events and experiences
- Deliver and execute a variety of events and experiences
- Liaise between our Ticket Sales team and customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service to attending guests
- Inform guests of event details and answer any questions that may arise

Requirements:

- Professionalism
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
- The ability to manage crowds and remain calm in stressful situations
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
