About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Rogers Communications. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and match them to Rogers and Fido brand products
  • Identify opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment
  • Drive sales through engagement of existing customers by calling and texting to promote Rogers and Fido branded products
  • Represent Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events
Requirements
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing positive customer interactions through understanding and meeting customer needs
  • Adaptability to respond to changes in the store environment to meet customer and business needs
  • Experience navigating multiple tasks and efficient workflows while providing consistent customer service
  • Critical thinking to navigate and find solutions for unexpected situations
