Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Prabh Building Maintenance LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Work Environment

Our team works in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
