About the RoleAs a Food Service Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless operations
- Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
