Food Service Team Lead

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are meeting our high standards for quality and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing insights into sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
