Job Title: Dedicated Administrative Coordinator
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Assist with Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Provide support to staff members in resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.
- Coordinate Information Flow: Ensure seamless communication within the team by coordinating the exchange of information.
- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee daily tasks and ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the effectiveness of daily operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Open and Distribute Mail: Receive and distribute mail and other materials to relevant personnel.
- Plan and Control Budget: Assist in planning and controlling the office budget.
- Establish and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth office operations.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate appointments and confirm schedules with staff and clients.
- Manage Contracts: Oversee the management of contracts and agreements.
- Answer Telephone Calls: Respond to incoming calls and relay messages to relevant personnel.
- Analyze Employee Data: Review employee data and information to inform decision-making.
- Compile Data and Statistics: Gather and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Advise Senior Management: Provide recommendations to senior management on administrative matters.
- Greet Visitors: Welcome visitors and direct them to relevant personnel or services.
- Type Correspondence: Prepare and edit correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Perform Data Entry: Enter data into computer systems as needed.
- Work with Marketing Department: Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: High school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English fluency required.
- Hours of Work: 32 hours per week.
