Job Title: Dedicated Administrative Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Provide support to staff members in resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.
  • Coordinate Information Flow: Ensure seamless communication within the team by coordinating the exchange of information.
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee daily tasks and ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the effectiveness of daily operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Open and Distribute Mail: Receive and distribute mail and other materials to relevant personnel.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Assist in planning and controlling the office budget.
  • Establish and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate appointments and confirm schedules with staff and clients.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the management of contracts and agreements.
  • Answer Telephone Calls: Respond to incoming calls and relay messages to relevant personnel.
  • Analyze Employee Data: Review employee data and information to inform decision-making.
  • Compile Data and Statistics: Gather and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Advise Senior Management: Provide recommendations to senior management on administrative matters.
  • Greet Visitors: Welcome visitors and direct them to relevant personnel or services.
  • Type Correspondence: Prepare and edit correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Perform Data Entry: Enter data into computer systems as needed.
  • Work with Marketing Department: Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English fluency required.
  • Hours of Work: 32 hours per week.
