Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs, including inventory control and shipping and receiving records.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports and other documentation as required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including ships, aircraft, and remote operations teams.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
