About the Role

Flexstaf IT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Aurora, Ontario. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient shipment of products to customers across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Shipping and Receiving: You will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of products, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Inventory Management: You will manage inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain logistics or a related field.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Canpar/Purolator/UPS shipping systems, proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to lift 60 lbs.
  • Qualifications: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
