Key Responsibilities- Pharmacy Operations: Assist with the preparation, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products, maintain inventory levels, and process claims and invoices.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer queries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, manage inventory, and perform regular stock checks.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with scheduling, confirm appointments, and perform general clerical tasks.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
- Work Term: Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
