Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a key member of our care team, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in our long-term care facilities, home supports, and home health teams, as well as in our hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assessments and plan, implement, and provide personal and nursing care to patients
- Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
- Work in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
