  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Language:
