Audit Planning and Execution

- Plan and execute comprehensive quality and compliance audits to assess adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement risk-based audit plans to identify areas of concern and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with project management teams to coordinate and conduct clinical sites audits, ensuring efficient and effective audit execution.
- Analyze and interpret audit findings to prepare detailed audit reports, identifying risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Leadership and Collaboration

- Lead and manage a team of auditors to achieve audit goals and objectives.
- Provide expert consultation on GxP requirements and quality assurance strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations and best practices related to clinical research activities to ensure the company's audit strategies remain current and effective.

What We Offer

- Salary range: $86,500 - $144,000 a year
- Bonus structure available,
- Work location and conditions: Home-based, Remote, regular office-hours.
