As a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality assurance across our pharmaceutical product suppliers. This role requires expertise in API and CMO quality assurance, Health Canada and FDA regulations, laboratory standards, and industry standards in API production and CMO facilities with a strong understanding of GMP.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Investigate quality concerns and develop corrective action plans
- Analyze quality data and provide insights for process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry partners
- Provide training and mentoring to quality assurance staff

Requirements:
- Master's degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacology, or food science
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control in GxP regulated industries
- Proven track record of implementing quality management systems and improving quality outcomes
