About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and place them in storage areas.
  • Portion and wrap foods, and stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a consistent supply of ingredients.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for cooking.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Reliability, team player, and positive attitude.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet the demands of our customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality service.
