Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Staff member to assist in our kitchen operations at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned
  • Organize and store dishes in designated areas
  • Prepare food items by portioning and wrapping as required
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure availability of fresh ingredients
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and trash appropriately
  • Assist in washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
