About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Dishwashing and Storage: Wash and put away dishes, glassware, and flatware, and ensure that storage areas are clean and organized.
  • Stock Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed, and ensure that all kitchen supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in the kitchen.
