Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Program Manager to lead our automotive technology programs from receipt of order to steady-state production. As the principal contact, you will be responsible for managing overall programs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving improvement through value-add initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Manage programs from receipt of order to steady-state production, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Risk Management: Perform formal and informal risk reviews, develop strategies to minimize program exposure, and ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements, QMS, Health and Safety, EMS, and security requirements.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and lead resources to ensure successful program implementation, aligning product design development with planned tooling, manufacturing, and process development.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expertise to Purchasing, Tooling, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Engineering in defining technical requirements and vendor selection.
  • Pre-Production Builds: Coordinate pre-production builds and ramp-up builds to meet customer part delivery expectations.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred) or strong technical background.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in the automotive industry as a Program Manager.
