This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our ICQA team in Canada. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with operations teams to provide data and analytical support for various initiatives, including ACES projects, root cause analysis of defects, and ensuring compliance with ICQA-related Sox requirements.

You will be responsible for owning insights, setting up analysis, creating automated dashboards and reporting, and identifying data sources to invent and simplify mechanisms. In this fast-paced environment, you will work autonomously to achieve business objectives while developing original ideas and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing data collection processes and management systems
  • Maintaining data integrity with 0% error rate
  • Designing queries, compiling data, and generating reports in MS Excel
  • Charting and graphing data for reporting purposes
  • Conducting in-depth research on defect trends
  • Data collection and entry as needed
  • Data mining and problem-solving
  • Providing backup support for Process Assistant duties
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with end-to-end project management

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
