Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearJob Description
  • Psycho-social assessments to identify individuals' needs and develop personalized plans for improvement.
  • Providing counseling services in various settings, including in-person, telephone, and online sessions.
  • Documenting client interactions and writing comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborating with medical and rehabilitation professionals to ensure cohesive care.
  • Opportunities to work with adults, children, individuals, couples, and families.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably within the community.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, such as the Health Care Consent Act and Mental Health Act.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
