Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Advisor to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
- No prior experience is required, as we provide applicable training for the right candidate
- RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC is an asset
