Insurance Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers, building strong relationships and meeting sales targets.
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policies, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Manage and build customer relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business, driving revenue growth and customer retention.
Requirements
- No prior experience is required, as we provide applicable training for the right candidate.
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs, including EPIC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role is an asset.
- Working experience in EPIC is an asset.
