Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Specialist to join our team in Edmonton. As a Territory Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and selling Rogers products and services to residents in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate the customer experience by building friendly and professional connections with customers.
  • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with customers, ensuring Rogers remains the go-to brand for residents.
  • Sell a range of Rogers products and services, including Cable, Hi-Speed Internet, Home Phone, and wireless, directly to customers via door-to-door marketing activity.
  • Be the go-to advisor, applying a consultative approach to offering customized Rogers solutions to customers.
  • Organize exciting marketing events and selling programs through face-to-face or virtual interactions.

What We Are Looking For
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a revenue-driven environment, overcome objections, and work independently to achieve strategic sales goals.
  • Demonstrated commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer objections.
  • Experience managing schedules and booking client meetings.
  • A valid Canadian driver's license and a reliable vehicle for regional business use.
