  • Order Office Supplies: Procure and maintain inventory of office supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Perform General Office Duties: Carry out various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Experience:

Experience in a customer service or administrative role is an asset, but not required. We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week and a dynamic work environment.
