Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Aramark Canada Ltd. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff, ensuring seamless food preparation and delivery
  • Train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and quality control standards
  • Maintain high-quality food and service standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns
  • Manage inventory, records, and sales data to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position within the food service industry
  • Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong knowledge of culinary genres and menu planning

Work Setting
