Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological and biochemical tests and laboratory analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct microbiological and biochemical tests and laboratory analyses to detect and identify microorganisms in food products.
  • Set up and conduct biochemical tests and laboratory analyses to determine the presence of contaminants and adulterants in food products.
  • Assist in the analysis of data and preparation of reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in our quality control processes.
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field, such as microbiology or biochemistry.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of microbiological and biochemical principles and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
