Key Responsibilities:- Training Program Development:
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
- Design and develop training materials, resources, and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, utilizing various training methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Utilize technology-enhanced training tools to facilitate learning and engagement.
- Training Logistics:
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage training registrations, attendance records, and evaluations to assess program effectiveness.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics to inform program improvements.
- Continuously evaluate and refine training content to meet evolving business needs.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with training requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation to support business decisions.
- Employee Development:
- Work with managers to identify individual development needs and provide guidance on career development and learning paths.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop targeted training programs that address business objectives.
- Education:
- A bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Eligibility:
- This position is open only to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
- Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in training coordination or related roles.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning management systems.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and training software.
- Certifications (optional):
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
- Training Coordinator Certification.
- The Training Coordinator may work from our office or remotely, depending on organizational policies.
