The Training Coordinator at Labris Global Inc. plays a vital role in organizing and delivering effective training programs for employees. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that employees receive relevant and engaging training to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development:
    • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
    • Design and develop training materials, resources, and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Training Delivery:
    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, utilizing various training methods to cater to different learning styles.
    • Utilize technology-enhanced training tools to facilitate learning and engagement.
  • Training Logistics:
    • Coordinate training schedules, venues, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Manage training registrations, attendance records, and evaluations to assess program effectiveness.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics to inform program improvements.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine training content to meet evolving business needs.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with training requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Maintain accurate training records and documentation to support business decisions.
  • Employee Development:
    • Work with managers to identify individual development needs and provide guidance on career development and learning paths.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop targeted training programs that address business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education:
    • A bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Eligibility:
    • This position is open only to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
  • Experience:
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in training coordination or related roles.
    • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning management systems.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in learning management systems and training software.
  • Certifications (optional):
    • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
    • Training Coordinator Certification.
Work Environment:
  • The Training Coordinator may work from our office or remotely, depending on organizational policies.
