About the Role:

This position requires a skilled Motion Designer & Production Specialist to support the implementation of AGF's corporate brand standards, creative direction of campaigns, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design, typography, photography, animation, video editing, UX principles, and art direction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Produce and design a variety of projects led by senior members of the design team.
  • Develop and adapt graphics and animations to support design initiatives within the AGF Masterbrand brand and AGF business line brands.
  • Produce a variety of videos based on business priorities, including interview style videos, animated videos, webinars, etc.
  • Translate data and insights into visually engaging elements and animations.
  • Develop, design, and modify company-wide templates for internal and external purposes.
  • Ensure files meet production AGF guidelines for each project.
  • Maintain studio assets and workflow processes.

Digital Design & Production:

  • Work with the studio team to develop designs based on partner briefs (digital and traditional).
  • Create graphics for multi-purpose usage (animation, video, digital, print).
  • Source and produce images that align with the master and sub-brand image platforms.
  • Design and execute HTML pages within AGF's content management system.
  • Prepress production of files for print and POD.

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Adobe Animate, Premier, After Effects, Audition.
  • Adobe Acrobat.
  • Cascade CMS.
  • PowerPoint.
  • Digital Asset Management and workflow tools.
