Job Summary

We are seeking a Managing Consultant to lead commercial growth, develop service areas, and ensure quality delivery against clients' needs. This role will lead the development of IP and approaches within their service area, using this for sales and team training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of IP and approaches within their service area
  • Use this for sales and team training
  • Lead or review key proposals
  • Deliver high-quality projects for clients
  • Coach senior and junior members of the team to improve performance
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience within life science/healthcare consulting
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical and biotech organizations to deliver commercial strategy
  • Proven track record in business development with a strong network
