About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Lead to join our team at Allnorth. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver infrastructure projects across the province.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver infrastructure projects
  • Act as a technical expert and provide guidance to team members
  • Manage project workload, prioritize training, and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Interface with clients, team members, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in the province of Alberta
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering and project management
  • Strong project management, technical, and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and technical writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
