Construction Site Manager

Nandwana International INC is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising workers and projects, preparing reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and submit production and other reports as required.
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
- Set up and maintain equipment and machinery.
- Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 hours per week.
