Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Nandwana International INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including budget and timeline updates.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure projects meet their requirements.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve construction processes and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction-related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
