About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Sun Life as a Community Consultant, where you will play a key role in supporting our clients and their employees. As a Community Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide customized support, information, and training to AdminPlus plan sponsors throughout their annual benefit enrolment cycle and during other member events.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management methodology to address annual events such as re-enrolments and new client installations and all client/member mass mailings.
  • Member Education and Support: Provide member education and support through face-to-face, written, and verbal means.
  • Interactions with Plan Members: Interact with individual plan members through employee life cycle (new hires, life events, retirement/termination, and ongoing member changes).
  • Process Development: Establish and participate in the evolving processes and materials for this specialized product offering.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-Secondary degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency with data management tools such as Excel, positive attitude, commitment to quality service, and ability to cope with stress.
  • Language: Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.
