The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 CAD, depending on experience.

Job Description

As an Executive Chef at Zaika Indian Restaurant & Lounge, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality menu items to our customers;
  • Overseeing the kitchen staff and ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment;
  • Managing inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency;
  • Collaborating with our culinary team to develop new menu items and specials;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as an Executive Chef at Zaika Indian Restaurant & Lounge, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a similar establishment;
  • A strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction;
