Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with the preparation and execution of project plans and schedules, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide administrative support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of project plans and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, plans, and submittals.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other project-related documents.
  • Assist with the final document turnover to clients at project completion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the project team.
Requirements
  • Completed post-secondary degree or diploma in a construction-related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project support role, preferably with an ICI General Contractor or subcontractor.
  • Experience working on commercial and/or institutional projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction documents.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Project, and experience with SharePoint is a plus.
