Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at ATS Automation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Project Management team, ensuring the smooth execution of various project tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend project meetings and assist with capturing and distributing meeting minutes
  • Action item monitoring and reporting with the Project Manager
  • Ensure project-related documents are stored and maintained in relevant SharePoint locations
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of project PLM and ETO Workbench
  • Develop and process Change Order Requests and customer Purchase Orders
  • Track and coordinate customer-supplied materials
  • Gather supporting information for customer status reports
  • Schedule monitoring and updating as necessary
  • Maintain Project Gate forms and route to the Project Manager for signatures
  • Complete project Shipping Request Forms and facilitate shipments as needed

Requirements:

  • A post-secondary college diploma or engineering degree, or equivalent
  • Willingness to pursue the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
  • Leadership skills and good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact in a multidisciplinary team environment and possess business knowledge and experience
