Job Summary

Cam Air Refrigeration & Heating Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Systems Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct site visits to assess and troubleshoot refrigeration and air conditioning systems, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification.
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Red Seal Certificate.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, with a strong background in supervision and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
