Job Title: Refrigeration Foreman/Woman

Cam Air Refrigeration & Heating Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct site visits to assess and troubleshoot refrigeration and air conditioning systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement new procedures and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification and Red Seal Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
