Job Title: Refrigeration Foreman/Woman

Cam Air Refrigeration & Heating Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct site visits to assess and troubleshoot refrigeration and air conditioning systems, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical advice and support to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification and Red Seal Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
