About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Spring Health. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and mission-driven organization that is committed to providing comprehensive mental health benefits to employers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling services to clients with a range of needs, from short-term goal-focused EAP to employer health plans allowing as many sessions as medically necessary.
  • Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
  • Possess training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT, and be comfortable working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, couples, or families.
  • Maintain accurate session documentation within our scheduling system.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with our dedicated provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team.
Requirements:
  • An unrestricted license to practice counseling as a Psychologist/Social Worker in British Columbia, Canada.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Experience working with technology and telehealth platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
