Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Swiss Chalet. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer expectations.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
