BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Centre Director to lead our team at Sherwood Park, AB. As a Centre Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operation of the centre, including staff recruitment, development, and management of policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all staff members understand the objectives and expectations within each classroom.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts payable, and general communications.
  • Implement and ensure completion of training for all staff members.
  • Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.

Requirements:
  • B.Ed. with a focus on Early Childhood or Early Childhood Educator Level 3 Certification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of licensing and accreditation regulations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial management.
  • Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
  • Up-to-date immunization and Health Assessment as per the local Ministry of Health Requirements.
  • CPR/First Aid Certificate.
