Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical IT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal responses with subject matter experts, leading project timelines, scope, and budget, and ensuring alignment with project deliverables. The role requires close collaboration across multiple workstreams, including Quality, Analytical, Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, Validation, Regulatory, and Leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate technical activities and products
  • Manage integration of technical activities and products
  • Review and make recommendations on design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related standards and regulations
  • Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems
  • Prepare and submit project proposals, as well as follow up with clients to obtain purchase orders
  • Approve timesheets for assigned project staff
  • Conduct evaluations and provide feedback for assigned project staff
  • Actively seek new project work with clients
  • Supervise staff and provide day-to-day direction for assigned project teams
  • Support training of new staff on principles and applications
  • Support development of internal expertise in an assigned technical area
Requirements
  • Proficient with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project, and AutoCAD
  • ~ Eng licensed applicants preferred
