Job Title: Technical Project Manager

SAGE Engineering Services Ltd. is a leading provider of engineering services to medium to large organizations in regulated industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, and managing budgets. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget management.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Analytical, Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, Validation, Regulatory, and Leadership.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Review and recommend design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
  • Manage integration of technical activities and products.
  • Evaluate and approve design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
  • Control expenditures within project budget limitations.
  • Prepare and submit project proposals and reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Science or Engineering.
  • 6+ years of related industry experience.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and engineering principles and practices.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of regulations (from Health Canada – cGMPs and from FDA – GMPs) applying to operations in regulated industries.
  • Proficient with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Team player and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • P.Eng licensed applicants preferred.
